First let me say welcome and thanks for visiting my site! For as long as I can remember I’ve been over weight and trying to find diet systems that work. I started this site as a way for people to connect; people like my self who don’t like the way they look in the mirror.
After reading reviews and forum posts of people who have had amazing results with Biggest Loser meals, I decided to try it for myself. Now, 40 pounds lighter, I’ve decide to create this site to help others learn what they can expect to see using the Biggest Loser meals plan.

Ok so you’ve obviously come to this page because you’re looking for an honest review about Biggest Loser Meals right? If that’s not the case, then this isn’t the page for you. If it is, and you’ve decided to hang around, here’s what we’re going to discuss:
First, I’ll explain how the Biggest Loser Meal Plan works. After that I’ll show you some words from people who have actually tried Biggest Loser Meals and seen results.
How is the food?
The food has been great, although I didn’t like the Meat Lasagna and ended up giving it to my husband (but to be fair I’ve never liked lasagna). The portions are suprisingly generous and full of protein and good veggies. I never get bored with the the Biggest Loser meals because the menu is continually updated. The menu isn’t customizable but, if, for example, you don’t like seafood, you can request that it be replaced by another protein option.
I like to take a break from the meals occasionaly. The other day I made a big pot of vegetable beef soup that I substituted out for a few of the lunches. Now I have banked a few dinner meals that I can use later.
How can I use Biggest Loser Meals if I have a family?
What I try to do is match up my Biggest Loser Meals with what I’m preparing the family for dinner. If they are having beef, then I have a beef meal. If they have chicken, I select a chicken option. I try to get everything ready at the same time so we can eat together. I also try to match veggie options as well. If I have a veggie that has a lot of baby carrots in it, then I make my family baby carrots. Preparing the family dinner is the only real cooking I have to do. I don’t have to “cook” two different meals.
Making similar meals for my family helps me feel like part of the group. No one feels like mom is over there eating her diet food.
We do eat different things for breakfast and lunch so that’s not really a big deal. Although, it has happened where my husband was jealous because he thought my meal looked better than his. J My kids, not so much.
